In order to repair the error that results in the authoritarian Confederation, Picard et al must travel back to 2024 at the behest of the last Borg Queen to find a watcher who can help them “shatter to mend.” This week: “Penance” and “Assimilation.”
As a rule, Michael Blaker avoids controversy, but the negative goings on at Activision over the past year have forced him to comment. Hopefully the merger with Microsoft will help to clear up some of the bad behavior.

Season two of Star Trek: Picard opens with Picard working through some emotional issues, exploring bits of his past, and warping to investigate a mysterious spatial anomaly that appears to be Borg in origin. He’ll have some help from some old friends and some even older friends, and he’ll have to hit the ground running to outrun time.
