Destroy All Humans is a re-release of an old PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360 game. As such it’s about what you’d expect, now with supped-up graphics and sound for extra alien destruction. All the crazy humor remains solidly inside the game, though that may be a bit of an acquired taste.
In Shadow Heroes, players are put into a world where magic is feared. Players must amass an army to defeat these magical enemies and protect their home from waves of enemy forces. A challenging Real Time Strategy game, the key here is simply to survive.
Unlike most role-playing games, Tyranny puts you in the role of a villain working for an even more corrupt government. It’s a refreshing change of pace with a very deep story, lots of great gameplay, and a plot where your choices really do matter.
Pavilion is a hauntingly beautiful puzzle game with a gorgeous art style and some interesting levels, plus a surreal, dreamlike quality. Anyone who enjoyed Monument Valley, or who loves unique puzzle experiences in general, should certainly give Pavilion a go.
