Octopath Traveler 2 is the newest entry in the Octopath Traveler series. Developed by Square Enix and Acquire Corp, this RPG embraces the halcyon days of eight-bit gaming, when role-playing titles offered complex stories, smart characters and challenging tactical combat.

Jagged Alliance 3 does everything it possibly can to be just like the classic Jagged Alliance 2 and not the many lackluster non-mainline sequels that came before it. For the most part, it accomplishes that goal, bringing one of the best turn-based strategy titles ever created into the modern era.
Showgunners leans heavily into its turn-based combat core, offering players nearly constant tactical fighting in levels expertly crafted for that kind of gameplay. It’s set in a dystopian future where contestants fight against an army of convicts in a popular game show, and the losers don’t get any nice parting gifts.
Piggy Gambit is an adorable chess-themed puzzle adventure that includes 50 levels that merge chess, box puzzles and flow control elements. It seems simple, but also has a surprising amount of depth.
Doomblade is an amazing Metroidvania with a uniquely good combat and control scheme that’s completely different from many similar titles. This is one slick shooter that is not to be missed for those who enjoy Metroidvanias.
Our reviewer enjoys party games that he can play in couch co-op with his friends and family, and he was delighted to find that Chickenoidz Super Party had launched for the Nintendo Switch and PC. Chickenoidz Super Party is a multiplayer top-down arena shooter for up to four players.
