RiME’s incredibly gorgeous world is the setting for a story about childhood innocence and life and death. A puzzle adventure with more than enough to set it apart from its influences. Whilst easy puzzles and control flaws detract, Rime’s charm and story makes it a worthwhile journey.

For those who appreciate puzzle games, Semispheres is one of the most innovative we’ve seen in a while. It’s calm and serene on the surface, but it’s challenges are downright diabolical once you get behind that pretty facade.

Pavilion is a hauntingly beautiful puzzle game with a gorgeous art style and some interesting levels, plus a surreal, dreamlike quality. Anyone who enjoyed Monument Valley, or who loves unique puzzle experiences in general, should certainly give Pavilion a go.
