Set during the 1980s in Sweden, Generation Zero features an open world environment where humanity has been killed by marauding robots. It’s up to you to scavenge for weapons and supplies, and fight back in multiplayer or solo play.
Leaving the cramped metro tunnels behind for the wide open Russian countryside, Metro Exodus takes series fans on an amazing, wild new ride that will have them exploring hot deserts, lush forests, sweltering swamps, and of course, a few classic underground tunnels.
Apparently conflict in Hope County, Montana didn’t end when the atom bombs dropped. In fact, the county is doing pretty well other than all the murderous highway gangs. In Far Cry: New Dawn, you get to do something about that.

Overall, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is a very competent shooter that knows what it’s doing. Single player is stripped out in favor of one of the most in-depth multiplayer experiences you can find. If you are into that kind of competitive shooting, Black Ops 4 will really shine.
Immortal: Unchained is a clone of the Souls series, with the one real differentiator being a reliance on guns over melee weapons. This could have set up some interesting gameplay, but sadly, it will likely fall a little short of expectations.
The Far Cry 5: Dead Living Zombies DLC adds seven short zombie themed scenarios to Far Cry 5. But the lack of any open-world fun, and almost no connection to the core game or gameplay, means that this one is likely DOA for many fans.
If you were hoping that Destiny 2: Forsaken could rekindle some of the amazing glory of the original game, then you are in luck. Almost everything about Forsaken is done right, and that includes the new Gambit gameplay mode, which is insanely fun to play.
The Far Cry 5: Lost on Mars DLC does a lot of cool things, like reducing gravity to support monster jumps, and introducing laser type weapons to help you thwart an alien invasion. Unfortunately, the gameplay doesn’t quite live up to its other set pieces.
Although it doesn’t offer much beyond the ability to peek under the skirts of a few schoolgirls, the Gal Gun series has earned a cult following. Gal Gun 2 won’t do much to change that, but does provide a bit more campy fun.
