Hey all, I’m back with another Anime Sunday with this week being a look ahead to the new season. It’s my Most Anticipated Winter 2025 Anime.

Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time: This looks to be a fairly standard Isekai series where a guy gets caught up in a summoning by accident and receives a skill to make up for the mistake. He chooses alchemy believing it’ll let him be a rather ordinary person. He’s hilariously wrong in that belief, at least according to the summary I found.

Classmate Marriage: This seems to be a rather standard Rom-Com. But given the main characters are flat out married and aren’t pretending to be married or engaged, I’m interested if this will be one of those rare Rom-Coms that I don’t absolutely hate since they typically are all filled with tons of teenage romance angst.

Honorable Mention:

Ubel Blatt: I read this manga years ago, and it was a really dark fantasy series, so I am a bit surprised to see this getting an anime after all these years since then.

(Dis)Honorable Mention:

I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin: This seems to be a pretty standard reincarnation story, but sadly it appears to be produced by Studio Deen, a studio I dislike because of their sloppy work. I’m curious if it’ll be more of the same, or whether the studio can actually make this a decent animated series. Probably the former.
