Hey all, I’m back with the third entry in Jake and company’s adventures against the forces of Tartarus for this week’s Bookish Wednesday. It’s “Bonded Summoner Book 03” by JJ Bookerson.

Plot: This third entry begins shortly after Jake and crew begin to travel to another world in order to race against the clock once more in the fight against Tartarus, having finished the Fortress Assault Challenge.

I’m not exactly a fan of how rushed things feel in book three, but it’s not exactly a bad thing. I just find I prefer a more slower paced feel to stories these days compared to when I was younger.

Characters: We get introduced to a bunch of new characters, who I’m not sure if they’ll actually be sticking around given how this entry ends. But my favorite newcomer in this entry is probably Tanda though the rest of the newcomers are just as good.

Overall: A solid third entry in an interesting LitRPG series.
