Hey all, I’m back with the third entry in an urban fantasy series about Vince’s adventures in the Wastes for this week’s Bookish Wednesday. It’s “Wild Wastes Book Three” by Randi Darren.

Plot: This third entry is essentially a novel running in parallel with William D. Arand’s “Super Sales 3” (the authors Randi Darren and William D. Arand are the same person), which makes sense given what occurs near the end of the last book with Vince and Felix seeing each other through a portal. That also makes the plot very confusing for those who haven’t read both series. I personally thought it was very interesting.

Characters: There are a lot of new characters in this third book. Again, it’s very confusing for those who don’t know about the rest of the Runner-verse. But honestly, seeing Felix from “Super Sales 3” and Vince meeting is highly fun and makes it all worthwhile.

Overall: A great third entry but a bit confusing for those who don’t know about the other world in the story.
