Hey all, I’m back for this week’s Synth Saturday with more chapters detailing the adventures of Homura and the Kurosaki twins in a Fic that is a fusion between the Bleach and Madoka Magica settings. It’s Chapters 21-25 of “As N Approaches Infinity” by Corisanna.

Plot: This set of chapters continues with the X+N timeline and starts off with the aftermath of the failed investigation of Mitakihara by Squads 12 and 13 and all that entails. Things go downhill from there. Honestly, this is one of the harder sets of chapters for me to read because it’s just a hard-hitting set emotionally.

Characters: We get to see some more new faces, but most of this set centers around Homura and the Kurosaki twins, and what occurs in these chapters.

Overall: A fifth set of chapters that showcases some of the best writing I’ve seen yet that even eclipses some professional authors I know of but won’t name since it’d be spoilerific to the extreme.
