Hey all, I’m back for this week’s Synth Saturday with the ninth set of chapters that centers on someone who is reincarnated as Brock from the Pokemon anime and games, who is left in charge of 9 younger siblings in addition to running the Pewter City Gym. It’s Chapters 46-50 of “Hard Enough-Pokemon SI” by Viva01.

Plot: This chapter starts off with Brock and Lance having a friendly rematch after meeting up out in the field while Brock is helping the Rangers as part of his duty as the Pewter City Gym Leader. It’s honestly a fun chapter, as it shows that Brock isn’t a jerk about besting Lance and that they can in fact work together very well. Then we move on to Brock getting to know some new hires to help out at the Gym.

Characters: We get to meet a few new characters, but my favorite might be Tracy, a character that Brock has hired to help him and his staff get up to snuff when it comes to physical conditioning for their own bodies.

Overall: A very fun set of chapters, showing how once again this really is a must-read Fic for those who enjoy Pokemon at all.
