Hey all, I’m back with another entry in Chise’s travels for this week’s Translation Necessary Thursday. It’s “Making Magic: The Sweet Life of a Witch Who Knows an Infinite MP Loophole Volume 02” by Aloha Zachou.

Plot: If you remember from the first article I wrote about this series, the plot is about the main character Chise deciding to live in the middle of some wastelands after reincarnating into a new world and eventually becoming an immortal witch while stuck in the guise of a young girl and her journey with her created golem companion. She eventually ventures out and starts to impact the lives of people around the world.

For the second volume, the plot is a lot like the first, but Chise and her golem named Teto are going to Apanemis, also known as Dungeon City, and they start to interact with an orphanage. It’s overall a very fun volume, and I am looking forward to seeing where things keep going with this series.

Overall: A solid second entry in a fun series.
