Hey all, I’m back with a third book in an Isekai series for this week’s Translation Necessary Thursday. It’s “Making Magic: The Sweet Life of a Witch Who Knows an Infinite MP Loophole Volume 03” by Aloha Zachou.

Plot: The plot of this third novel revolves around the adopted daughter of Chise, Selene. Honestly this was a really difficult entry in the series to read because we know from the beginning that Chise will outlive her own adopted daughter since she’s immortal.

Characters: Chise is still our main character, and she’s a wonderful one at that. But as I said when I covered the very first volume in this series, readers need to remember they are reading about an immortal, and that means those who aren’t immortal get left behind in that world. It’s a bittersweet feeling.

Overall: A rather sweet entry, and I was definitely tearing up by the end of it.
