Hey all I’m back with yet another Light Novel series for this week’s Translation Necessary Thursday. It’s Master of Ragnarok Volume 01 by Takayama Seiichi!

Plot: The plot is an Isekai series where a student from Modern Japan gets transported into a world set in the bronze ages. He takes tactics learned from great minds of Earth and uses them to help the people who accidentally brought him into the world to live and prosper.

Characters: There are a few main characters we get introduced to in this first entry, Yuuto our male lead, Siegrun, Felicia, Linnea and Mitsuki. They are all great characters, and the fact that Yuuto isn’t a dense moron who is completely oblivious to the fact that the girls around him are interested is a nice departure from the typical crap Japanese Harem Protagonist’s get into.

Overall: A very fun Light Novel, especially if you are a military history and mythology buff.

For those who like: History, Mythology, Isekai, Fantasy, Drama, Action, Romance, Good Plot, Great Cast of Characters.

Not for those who don’t like: Any of the above.
