The9 Korea Co., Ltd. ("The9 Korea"), an online game operator and developer in Korea and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NVTY) ("The9"), has entered into an agreement with Night Owl Games for the exclusive license to operate Dungeon Overlord, an online strategy game, in Korea.

Dungeon Overlord is a hardcore online strategy game in which thousands of online players take on the roles of evil tyrants with armies of fantasy creatures who will stop at nothing to conquer the world.

The game will be known as Dungeon Craft in Korean. The9 will launch a closed beta for the new title in November.

"Dungeon Overlord’s (Craft) focus on hardcore strategy features like PvP warfare, resource management and player alliances will strongly appeal to the Korean market. Night Owl Games decided to partner with The9 due to their history of accomplishment in the Asian online free-to-play games market.
