Twitch, the world’s leading video platform and community for gamers, today announced the schedule of marquee publishers whose content will be streamed live during E3 2013 from Twitch’s booth (South Hall #235). Among the couple dozen companies who will have games appearing on the Twitch stage are Microsoft, 2K Games, Activision, Electronic Arts, Square Enix, Ubisoft, CAPCOM, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Sony PlayStation, Bethesda, Tecmo Koie and many more listed below with content being added to the schedule daily at http://blog.twitch.tv/. All content will be viewable at www.twitch.tv/twitch with an embeddable player to enable hosting the Twitch stream on other sites.
The increased caliber and quantity of scheduled guests is a reflection of Twitch’s own growth, which has rampantly increased since its launch at E3 2011. As testament, Twitch celebrates its two-year anniversary at E3 2013 with more than 35 million unique visitors a month compared to eight million visitors in August 2011. Also growing is the amount of companies showcasing games at the Twitch booth which has nearly doubled since last year.
At the E3 convention, Twitch will be located in South Hall #235 where attendees can catch the action live. In addition, Microsoft Studios will be featuring an exclusive line-up of upcoming titles with multiple live streams every day from the Twitch booth including special announcements and exclusives. We will also be featuring mobile game play on devices powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon and game audio provided from Twitch’s official audio partner, Turtle Beach.
