Evony, LLC, creators of the free-to-play gaming phenomenon Evony, today announced the arrival of a massive content expansion with Evony: Age II. In less than a year, Evony has grown to a thriving community of over 16 million players, and the team has taken their enthusiastic feedback into consideration with the launch of Evony: Age II.

Evony: Age II builds upon the foundations established by Evony: Age I, enhancing the player experience and offering new depth in gameplay. With new quests involving historical heroes and cities, a redesigned graphical interface and Facebook Connect integration, the lords and ladies of Evony will embark on a new journey of unprecedented scope.

Existing players and newcomers alike will have the chance to explore all that Evony: Age II has to offer as the expansion begins to roll out to game servers this week. The full launch of Age II is scheduled to take place over roughly two weeks, to ensure the transition experience is smooth and pleasant for the Evony community members who choose to move from Age I to Age II.
