Anne Grovu is new Head of Human Resources at online game developer InnoGames with immediate effect. The 36-year-old previously was Head of Human Resources at AIRBUS CIMPA in Germany and was responsible for the international training management. Additionally, Grovu is a lecturer for Intercultural Business Communication at the University of Hamburg and has experience consulting for management and organization development.

Anne Grovu studied in Hamburg, Sidney and Essen, Germany and holds an international MBA as well as a degree in communication science. During her studies, she focused on international HR management and intercultural communication. InnoGames is the perfect place for Grovu’s intercultural competence. Currently, the Hamburg-based company employs about 300 professionals from more than 22 nations. The official office language is English. Anne Grovu leads the human resources team and reports to COO Michael Zillmer.
