Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY), a leading interactive entertainment software publisher and developer, announced today new appointments to its North American marketing and sales teams. Leading these new appointments is Steve Allison, who was named chief marketing officer, a new position at the Company. Mr. Allison will report directly to Midway’s president and CEO, David F. Zucker. Midway also announced the marketing appointments of Mona Hamilton, vice president of marketing; Greg Mucha, director of channel marketing; and Reilly Brennan, director of media relations. Additionally, further bolstering the leadership of its North American sales team, Midway named Brad Wildes director of sales and Paul Flynn as regional sales manager of its operating subsidiary.
Mr. Allison brings more than ten years of interactive entertainment marketing experience to Midway. Prior to joining Midway, he was vice president of marketing and business development at Atari, Inc., overseeing all of the Atari branded products including the Driver series, Enter the Matrix, Neverwinter Nights, Test Drive, and the Unreal series. Before Atari, Mr. Allison held a number of senior management positions with Infogrames, Inc., including vice president of new business development, vice president of licensing and director of product marketing.

Mona Hamilton joins Midway from Ubisoft Entertainment where she held the position of group brand manager overseeing products such as Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Beyond Good and Evil and the Rayman series. Prior to Ubisoft, Ms. Hamilton managed product development with Galoob Toys and was a buyer with Warner Bros. Studio Stores.
Brad Wildes joins Midway from Microsoft Corporation where he held the position of director of sales in the Xbox Business Group. Prior to joining the Xbox team, Mr. Wildes held sales management positions with Konami of America as vice president of sales and oversaw eastern regional sales for Mattel Inc.
Greg Mucha comes to Midway from V-Tech Electronics where he was director of sales and business development. Mr. Mucha’s previous experience includes his roles as director of advertising management at E-Universe and regional sales manager at Mindscape for eight years.
Reilly Brennan joins Midway from THQ Inc. where he managed media relations for brands such as World Wrestling Entertainment and the Red Faction series. Prior to THQ, Mr. Brennan handled media relations for Nintendo of America at Nintendo’s agency, Golin/Harris. Mr. Brennan was formerly the managing editor of GameWeek Magazine.
Paul Flynn comes to Midway from Acclaim Entertainment where he was director of sales. Mr. Flynn was previously a regional sales manager with Take-Two Interactive Software and the director of sales for Interactive Magic.
