QMotions Inc., the leader in active game
technologies, announced today it has signed an OEM agreement with Colorado-based
LAMAR Health, Fitness & Sports, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of
fitness equipment. LAMAR will bundle the new QMotions-Fun Fitness full motion
game controllers with their Universal Fitness and LAMAR Fitness brands of equipment.

The QMotions-Fun Fitness product line translates the motion created by exercisers on
stationary bikes, treadmills and elliptical trainers into a variety of racing and action
games. QMotions-Fun Fitness products are designed to support most brands of cardio
fitness equipment and are compatible with PCs and popular game consoles, including
Xbox® and PS2®. The controllers will support more than 40 racing and action titles upon
first shipment, with support for additional titles to be continually added.

LAMAR will sell the QMotions-Fun Fitness controllers bundled with a variety of Universal
and LAMAR Fitness equipment and develop special channel promotions that will include
both product lines. QMotions-Fun Fitness (Cycle) will ship in the third quarter 2005, and
QMotions-Fun Fitness (Tread) and QMotions-Fun Fitness (Elliptical) are expected to
ship in the fourth quarter 2005. Official pricing will be announced prior to shipment.
