When developer Blizzard released Diablo IV, it was an epic moment for action RPGs. But about a year later, things started to feel a little bit stale until the release of the Loot Reborn season which changes and refreshes many core mechanics.
Developer Blizzard has finally opened the gates of hell so that everyone can play the stunningly impressive Diablo IV. It builds upon lessons from all of the previous titles in the series to present players with a very enjoyable and compelling world that is chocked full of adventure and surprises.
Fresh off the rocky but successful open beta, Blizzard asked players to jump into another free weekend of beta play for Diablo IV, calling it the Server Slam event. It went surprisingly well with no issues for our reviewers who played on multiple platforms during the entire event, which all bodes well for the full launch in June.
The Diablo IV beta opened its gates of hell over the weekend so that players could jump in and explore the prologue and Act 1 of the upcoming action RPG. Although there were some expected connectivity issues, the beta itself was incredibly fun to play, which bodes well for the full summer launch.
