The eyes of the world are on Japan this week for the huge Tokyo Games Show. However, one announcement from Sony may not make Japanese gamers very happy. Sony announced that within its home territory, the PlayStation 4 will not be released in 2013. In fact, Japan will need to wait until February 22nd of 2014 before they can purchase a PS4.
